Shipping costs standard A / D / EU / EUROPE
When shipping within the EU, no shipping costs will be charged.
Shipping costs AFRICA, AMERICA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA
USA, Canada, China, Brazil, Australia, etc. you will be charged the shipping costs based on actual costs.
Insured sums:
Letter Austria: up to EUR 70,-
- Letter abroad: up to EUR 50,-
- Package Austria: up to EUR 400,-
- Package EU: up to EUR 400,-
- Non-EU after prior agreement if offered by the shipping company (depending on the value of the goods)
Insurance only applies to the loss of the goods, not to damage.
Refunds in the event of loss will only be granted after the shipping company's investigation has been completed.
In the event of damage in the mail, the buyer must claim costs from his shipping company.
If the item is returned by the shipping company through no fault of the seller, both the costs of the return shipment and new postage costs must be paid by the buyer. (See point 14 of the General Terms and Conditions)
